You’ve probably heard of generic “Buy low, Sell High” as trading advice. There are TONS of different ways to earn lots of coins without buying any cards at all! If there is one section you should pay attention to, this is it! For more tips and tricks on playing FUT, download the FIFA 10 Ultimate Team strategy guide.

1. Play in Single Player Tournaments. Profit Potential = 300 to 600 coins per game.

Enter tourneys against CPU to earn coins. Win every game at least 3-0, and earn around 500 to 600 coins. Most tourneys pay out around 500 to 1500 coins as a trophy bonus. Remember: use your 2nd team to earn coins while preserving your best players’ contracts and protecting them from injury.

2. Play in Online Tournaments. Profit Potential = 200 to 800 coins per game.

Online tournaments pay more coins due to the DNF modifier and online modifier. If you win a game 3-0 online, you can get 700+ coins easily. If you quit a game, then your DNF modifier drops. You get fewer coins in future tourney wins.

3. Play in Single Player Match. Potential = 300 to 600 coins per game.

Again, same as tourneys w/o the tournament bonus factor.

4. Play in Online Match. Profit Potential = 200 to 800 coins per game.

Same as tourneys w/o the trophy bonus factor.

5. Bronze Pack Method. Potential = 600 to 750 coins on AVERAGE.

A very popular method where you purchase bronze packs then resell the contents for profit. This has been less effect recently ever since the trading market crashed. Each pack gives you 2-3 players (sell for 200 each), kits & balls (200 each), and contracts & managers (150 to 300 each). The main problem is you NEED TO SELL your inventory to make any money. Since bronze cards have the least value, you may experience days without selling anything.

6. Silver Pack Method. Profit Potential = 750 to 25k Coins per pack.

Same as the bronze pack but with silver cards. Carry a slightly higher value, plus adds the possibility to obtain a rare silver card in the process.

7. Gold Pack Method. Profit Potential = 500 coins to 1 million coins per pack.

The elite profit method for packs. Has the ability to generate anywhere from 500 coins to 1 million coins profit per pack. This is due to the luck factor if you pull a Ronaldo, Messi, or other HIGH rated player in a gold pack.

8. Buy, Boost, Bank. Profit Potential = 1k to 50k coins extra profit per card.

A fairly underground method used to generate more profit from an otherwise lower value card.

Example

We buy a Valencia RW 4-3-2-1 w/ 7 contracts on the open market for 3k. We could resell immediately for 4k and get a small profit. With Buy, Boost, Bank, we increase the value of the card by:

* Adding 33 contracts
* Adding Player Attributes increase to highlight the card
* Changing the formation to 4-3-3
* then Setting the auction for 9k BIN.

Do you see what we did? Now, a Valencia buyer can use this card RIGHT AWAY in his 4-3-3 formation without worrying about contracts or chemistry. The Player attributes also generates extra attention since the rating attributes cause the card to get highlighted in the listing.

9. The Professional Trader. Profit Potential = 5k to 200k per card.

This method works really well when you find out which players sell the best.

1. Sort auctions by Gold, Minimum Price = 4k coins
2. See what is selling well and create a list of 10 to 15 players
3. Search for these players at the lowest BIN price
4. Buy it then resell the card at a higher price
5. Rinse and Repeatedly

You will eventually get good at recognizing deals in the marketplace, and become an expert “trader.”

10. Buy during Non-Peak hours, Sell during Peak hours. Profit Potential = 2k to 100k coins per card.

Another good method is when you buy cards during a cooled off market during the night, then sell in a higher volume market during the afternoon-evening. Most people play FUT between 4pm and 4am in their time zone. You simply stay up late at night when others are sleeping to pick up bargains. Wait until tomorrow and sell during the afternoon at a higher price. This method is REALLY popular and is currently the largest thread in the UK FUT forums.

11. Pump and Dump. Profit Potential = 1k to 50k coins per card

This strategy takes careful monitoring of 1 specific player. You buy up as many of the player as possible, creating a short supply in the marketplace. This pumps up prices to your advantage. Once the demand is there, you unload your cards at a higher price as you meet the demand.

Example

We buy every Robinho for under 5k, then hold. Wait until the marketplace is absent of Robinho or has a low supply. Then you unload your Robinho’s 1 by 1, giving you FULL control over the market supply.

12. Contract Drug Dealer. Profit Potential = 250 to 1k coins per contract.

Everybody is addicted to contracts. Make easy coins by feeding this addiction with a few minutes of your time.

Example

Search for any gold contracts under 400 BIN. Buy them all then resell them immediately at 500+ BIN. They sell very easily and it’s some quick and easy coins.

13. Ebay Auctions. Time Savings = 1 hour to 1 week.

Did you know you can buy coins on eBay?!? Yep. You can get around 4k coins for every $1 dollar. That’s a pretty good bargain if you have more money than time.

Example

It takes you 15 minutes on average to complete 1 tournament game. You earn 600 coins. For every 1 hour, you generate 2400 coins plus 600 trophy bonus equalling 3k coins per hour. This is your average hourly earnings.

With eBay, you get 4k coins for every dollar. If your time is worth $10 USA dollars per hour, then you are valuing your time at 75 cents per hour if you play the tournaments. Play the tourneys for fun, not if coins is your #1 motivation. Using eBay, you can purchase 100k coins for $25 dollars, thus saving you over 30 hours of playing tournaments. Do you see how powerful this leverage is? Do a eBay search for Ultimate Team coins to leverage your time quickly.

14. Buy MSN or PSN Network Points. Profit Potential = Unlimited.

I started out with this method 1st to get the ball rolling right away. You simply purchase points through Amazon.com then purchase packs and/or players.

Note: Because of an Xbox 360 glitch, Ea sports suspended the use of MSN points for packs temporarily. They are working hard on this issue and I expect MSN points to be back hopefully by the end of March. No guarantees here. Just my guess

15. FUT Coin Contests. Profit Potential = 5k to 20k coins.

A few generous gamers give away coins if you answer weird questions correctly like “What is my Birthday? Or How many times did I have sex last weekend?” If you have a few minutes to spare, why not try your luck and see what happens?

Fifa 11 Ultimate Team And How I Earned 65,000 Coins In 7 Hours

I have started off exactly where i currently am in the game,i have just brought Rio Ferdinand to shore up my average defence and have 12888 coins left to my name,my aim is to earn 65,000 coins and have just over 75,000 total within 6hours,i managed 50,000 coins in the same amount of time last year and the hub is still being viewed over a hundred times a day so i must have done something right.I will list the players i bid on and how much i put them up for sale and what they eventually go for,step by step, so you can then plan your assault on the player market.





Now i need large amounts of coins in a relatively quick time so i find the best way of doing this is by not buying just one player at a time until you have at least 20,000 coins,that way in the early stages you give yourself the optimum chance of making profit,and sometimes that profit comes in quicker in the beginning then it does if you have say 100,000.Ok here we go.




Ok so with 12888 coins burning a hole in my virtual pocket i hit the markets,i have noticed that the market is slowing right down and it is hard to win players at the moment.First player that grabs me is Given the gk from Man City,he is at a start price of 2000 coins with 10 minutes left and no bids,so i put a bid in and move on.After some more searching i find Giggs with a BIN price of 2350 so i instantly buy him.i go back to Given and I'm losing the bid at 2550,i wait until the dying seconds and bid in at 2750,done,got him.I put Given up for start of 3400 and BIN of 4500 and i put Giggs up for Start of 2500 and BIN of 4000.i have 7788 left and hit the markets again,within 5 minutes i find a Milner of Man City for 500 start and put in a bid of 1000,after a constant bidding war for 15minutes with 2 other bidders i eventually get him for 5400,more than i wanted to pay really.This leaves me with 2388 which is not worth bidding with so i put Milner up for Start of 6000 and BIN of 8000.Then i wait.

First Giggs sells for 3200 Not great then Given goes for The BIN price of 4500,Better,and eventually Milner goes for 8000 BIn which I'm surprised with but watching the bidding it seemed there were 3 or 4 people bidding which always increases value.Right my total is 17303 once all ea's money has been taken,not bad but still a long way off.

Just under an hour in and I'm searching the markets again,this time i manage to snatch Toure from Man City for 8200,i reckon this is an absolute steal so immediately put him up for start of 8950 and BIn of 11950,i then spend the next 20 minutes bidding on players and getting thoroughly beaten every time,I'm starting to lose faith,i impulse buy an inform player called Gaitan LM 82 who plays for benfica,Ive never heard of him and am slightly concerned with my purchase but with his rating and the fact he is inform i hope i can make a profit,i brought him for 2300 and put him up for start of 4950 and BIN of 7950,Fingers crossed.I have 6803 left and am getting cross with the fact i cant find any bargains so i head to the 59th minute mark in the markets,now this doesn't work as well as it used to due to the amount of people that now know about it but its worth a go,Its still early in the day so maybe!!.I manage to buy Milner for 5100 and figure ive sold him before and he went for 8000 BIN so i put him up at 8000 start and 10000 BIN,Checking back with my trade pile the results are in Toure went for 10300, bit dissapointed but Gaitan went for the BIN of 7950 and Surprisingly so did Milner 10000 for Milner now that is impressive.This leaves me with a total of 28540 after playing for 2 hours.It seems to be going quite well.

I see Ashley Cole going for 20,000 start and no bids with 2minutes left and see he is a LB No problem i have a LB to LWB card so i bid,it goes well all the way down to 8 secs then i get outbidded,this continues until i eventually win the bid at 23900,not bad i change his position and put him up for 25950 start and BIN 29000 i then buy Alex from Chelsea for 4500 and put him up at Start of 4950 and BIn of 7000,Cole sells within 15 minutes for the BIN price which has made me happy,Alex sells for 4950 not so happy.So im at 32472 with virtually 3 hours gone,this isn't bad but its not great and i can see me failing to trade my way to 65,000 in 7hours I'm nearly half way there with time but not with coins.Right i go grab a drink and something to eat and then hit the markets with a vengeance!!!

39552 Coins
By this time i have been trading for 3hours and 50 minutes and need some big profits so i try for several smaller players as i know that 40k players will not net me a big profit.I find Valencia for 9950 BIN and take him i then quickly find Ozil for 16450,i put Valencia up for start of 11500 and BIn of 14950 and Ozil for start of 17900 and Bin of 21550.I have 13152 left and go to the markets again,i get Cambiasso for 9950 and put him up for start of 10000 and Bin of 13950.At the end of the hour mark Valencia has gone for 13200,Ozil went for BIN at 21550 and Cambiasso didnt sell.Not overly impressed with Cambiasso.I now have 36214 and Cambiasso who i put up straight away at the same price.I go high and buy Ramos for 29650 and put him up for Start of 31000 and BIN of 36000.

Cambiasso sells at 12900 thankfully and Ramos goes for BIN,i knew he would,he always sells well.After that successful little spell i now have 53019 Coins to play with,and I'm currently at a play time of 5hours and 15 minutes!!Next i buy Ribery LW for some reason at a price of 37500 and put him up for start of 39950 and BIN of 44950 after changing him to LM,i also buy Wright-Phillips for 4950 and put him up at start of 5500 and BIN of 7950,Well I'm pretty much out of cash so sit back for a bit and wait for my latest two to sell,they both go for BIN thankfully so im chuffed.I'm at 60823 and still need 15k in under an hour!!.I desperately search and buy Tevez for 40050,i change his formation to 41212 to get the most profit and put him up for start of 46500 and BIN of 54950.I also get Nani at 11100 and Put him up start of 12000 and BIN of 14950.They both go for BIN with only minutes left.After that last little flurry it has taken me 7 hours and 12 minutes so i slightly went over but i ended up with a grand total of 76077 minus the 12888 i started with gives a total profit of 63189 in 7 hours!!!Not the easiest read that granted but i just wanted to show you that with a little bit of luck and some good trading it can be done!!Good luck everyone.

Trading skills

Trading skills,that's right that's how i earned 50,000 coins in just over 6 hours.Now I'm not going to sit here and give you a rough run down of how i built my team and how i earned 50,000 coins so damn quickly,no,what I'm going to do is tell you word for word and trade by trade just what i did and how i went about it,what players i brought and sold and what games i played,trust me i am not the best fifa player and i know i am not the best trader out there but i just have a good eye for who is selling well and who isn't.When i tell you who i brought i will also tell you why i brought that particular player.I started out with no coins and no decent players to sell at 10 in the morning and by just after 4 in the afternoon i had 50,000 coins at the top of my screen,well actually it was 50,350,Here's how i did it.

Getting Some Starting funds

I had 5,000 coins and decided that i was sick of buying gold packs and getting nothing but three high 70- rated players that were basically crap,so i told myself that's it no more buying packs as they are a waste of money,save your money up then buy decent players on the cheap on the market instead of hoping you get them in a pack,so i spent my last 5,000 on a pack and guess what?....That's right i get Pedro Leon rated 76,Thiago Gentil rated 71 and Defour rated 77,have you ever heard of these player that play for obscure bloody teams,no neither had i,i also got a 95 contract card which is handy as contract cards now hold their value,a couple of 80 contract cards and some team training.Right lets sell some stuff,I put all three players on at 200 starting and 350 BIN,i put the 95 contract on at 1000 starting and 1500 BIN and then waited,1 hour later they had all sold at BIN apart from 1 player who went for the starting price of 200,i now had 2400 coins to trade with,let the fun and games begin.

The First Few Buys

So searching through the list of trades i first found Stuart Downing and he was up for 500 starting,so i put in a bid of 900 and surprise surprise i won,next i saw Craig Bellamy for starting price of 1000,i put ina bid and kept getting outbid but eventually won him at 1400 which i was very surprised at,so i was no virtually out of cash so i put the two players up for sale,firstly i knew by doing a little research that the BIN price of Stuart Downing is around 1700 so i put him up for starting price of 1000 and BIN at 1800,then put Craig Bellamy up for starting price of 1200 and BIN of 2950,abt 45 Min's later both had sold at the BIN prices which meant i now had 4850 to play with,bargain 45 mins gone and double the coins.Seeing as Stuart Downing had sold so well i went out and brought 2 more,one at 950 and one at 1100,and put them both up at 1800 BIN.i then searched for Anderson of Man utd and found him with 10 secs left at 2550,i went in at 2700 and won.Bargain,i then put Anderson up for starting price of 2800 and BIN of 5000.One of the Downings went for 1550 and the other BIN at 1800,Anderson went at 5000,Yippee,i now had 8600 coins and had only been trading for about 1hr and 30mins,Now to truly start shopping with my bigger budget.

8600 Coins And Progressing

Now i could by bigger and better players and hopefully make more profit,firstly i thought i would check out the defenders available and saw John Terry for starting price of 5500 with a BIN price of 12000,thought i would go in at 5500 and see what happens,as it was i only went up against a couple of other people and ended up getting him for 7200,then i brought Shay Given for 1100 and put him up for 1100 start and BIn for 2200 and put John Terry up for starting price of 7500 and BIN of 12000,(chancing my luck) Luckily they both sold for BIN price although i had to put Given up again as he didn't sell first time,so i now had 22800 coins which meant i was now in the big league when it came to player buying.

I decided to search the foreign markets and i managed to find with only seconds left Del Piero rated at 89 for a starting price of 10,000,i bidded and nobody else did so i won, I then put him up with a BIN of 14950.I then found Vidic of Man utd for 9,100 and put him up for BIn of 12,000.I also found Michael Carrick for 2950 and put him up for BIN of 4000.Del Piero went for 14950,Vidic went for 12000 and Michael Carrick was bidded on for the full hour and went for 3600.This brought my grand total up to 31300 and i had only been playing for about 3hours 45minutes.
Next i bidded on Tevez and won at 13650 and put him up for BIN of 19000, And i managed to capture Ronaldhino for a bid of 17650 which wiped me out coin wise.I had no coins and two players to sell,Tevez i had to put up twice as my BIn was high but he eventually sold for 19,000,then With Ronaldhino i just put him up with a starting price of 18500 and no BIN.He was bidded on like crazy in the last 10 minutes and ended up going for 24600.I now had 43600 coins,but i wanted to hit the 50,000 mark as i had my eye on Kaka for my squad.

I had now been playing for nearly 5hours and 30 minutes and knew i only needed a couple of good sales to make 50,000 coins, so with 43600 in the bank i went for it.I found Lampard going for 32,500 and won, then put him up with a no BIn and a starting price of 35600,there was a full on bidding war as there seemed to be a shortage of Lampard's and he eventually went for 39250.I had done it i had reached my goal of 50,000 coins in just over 6 hours,now i could continue on to 100,000 because i felt i could achieve that.

When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I've got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes. Suddenly I didn't know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a divorce. I raised the topic calmly. She didn't seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why? I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man! That night, we didn't talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage.

But I could hardly give her a satisfactory answer; she had lost my heart to Jane. I didn't love her anymore. I just pitied her! With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she could own our house, our car, and 30% stake of my company. She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. The woman who had spent ten years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for her wasted time, resources and energy but I could not take back what I had said for I loved Jane so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see. To me her cry was actually a kind of release.

The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now. The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something at the table. I didn't have supper but went straight to sleep and fell asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day with Jane. When I woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not care so I turned over and was asleep again. In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn't want anything from me, but needed a month's notice before the divorce. She requested that in that one month we both struggle to live as normal a life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a month's time and she didn't want to disrupt him with our broken marriage. This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to recall how I had carried her into out bridal room on our wedding day. She requested that every day for the month's duration I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door ever morning. I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted her odd request. I told Jane about my wife's divorce conditions. . She laughed loudly and thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to face the divorce, she said scornfully. My wife and I hadn't had any body contact since my divorce intention was explicitly expressed. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy. Our son clapped behind us, daddy is holding mommy in his arms. His words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to the sitting room, then to the door, I walked over ten meters with her in my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don't tell our son about the divorce. I nodded, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outside the door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the office. On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realized that I hadn't looked at this woman carefully for a long time. I realized she was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I wondered what I had done to her. On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me. Our son came in at the moment and said, Dad, it's time to carry mom out.

To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer and hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms, walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly; it was just like our wedding day. But her much lighter weight made me sad. On the last day, when I held her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Our son had gone to school. I held her tightly and said, I hadn't noticed that our life lacked intimacy. I drove to office.... jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind...I walked upstairs. Jane opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Jane, I do not want the divorce anymore. She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead. Do you have a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head. Sorry, Jane, I said, I won't divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because she and I didn't value the details of our lives, not because we didn't love each other anymore. Now I realize that since I carried her into my home on our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart. Jane seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed the door and burst into tears. I walked downstairs and drove away. At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and wrote, I'll carry you out every morning until death do us apart. That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I run up stairs, only to find my wife in the bed - dead. My wife had been fighting CANCER for months and I was so busy with Jane to even notice. She knew that she would die soon and she wanted to save me from the whatever negative reaction from our son, in case we push thru with the divorce.-- At least, in the eyes of our son--- I'm a loving husband.... The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves. So find time to be your spouse's friend and do those little things for each other that build intimacy. Do have a real happy marriage! If you don't share this, nothing will happen to you. If you do, you just might save a marriage. Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.
